We ordered a combination of pre-made hamburgers, ground burger, chuck roast, breakfast sausage and bacon. The meat is so flavorful and tender and when cooked, yields so much more than the water injected stuff you get from the store.

We love that we're able to support a local business while receiving high quality, flavorful meats that are not loaded with a lot of garbage like the meats from a grocery store. The prices are similar to the mass market, commercially grown meats, however the nutritional value, quality, and flavor are far above anything you'll ever buy from a store. We're already deciding what our next purchase will be. There is simply no comparison!

I have never left a review on a product in my life. Never cared to.
I ordered 1/4 cow and 1/2 pig. It arrived yesterday 10.15.25 . Mid week so we just put it away and took out 2 pounds of the ground beef and some bacon from the pig for easy burgers the following night. Made the burgers. When I say I have never eaten a more flavorful juicy burger in my life... Absolutely Impressed and am looking forward to the weekend. Price justified and Im a customer. Over ground beef haha! My family loved it.

The 2 briskets are I got, was good quality. Only thing I would change, is a bigger brisket than 10 pounds. I would like to see you offer bigger briskets in upper of 15 pounds. Over the meat was fantastic.
